Domestic (U.S.) Shipping


All items are shipped from our facility in Costa Mesa, CA. Orders generally ship within 2 business days, but this may be extended during peak season/times. Our daily shipping cutoff time is 1pm PST. Orders placed after this cutoff will often ship the following business day. We offer shipping by the US Postal Service. We take zero liability for delayed delivery on all USPS shipments regardless of the so-called "guaranteed" delivery dates that show when tracking a package online and cannot apply for postage refunds. Once a package leaves our shop, the transit time is completely out of our control. Please beware that with USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail, the delivery time can vary from 2-5+ days depending on your location. Additionally, we do not ship or process orders on weekends.

 

International Shipping

We can ship to almost everywhere in the world using USPS shipping services, along with your country's postal service. Please note that the shipping time can vary widely, based on your countries mail service and border policies. Contact us for international rates

Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.

 

Lost Shipments

For non-signature required shipments: If the tracking information that corresponds to a shipment confirms that the product was delivered to the intended address, the customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the receipt of the shipment. 

 

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

All customers, will receive a USPS tracking number through e-mail. We recommend waiting at least 6 hours to check tracking information on your package. USPS confirmation numbers are updated at the discretion of USPS, and may not show update for some time after the order is shipped. Rest assured, your order is on the way!

 

In-Store Pickup

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a separate email that will notify you when it is ready for pick up. Pick up orders are generally ready same day as long as all parts are in stock. If it will take more than 1 day you will be notified with the date it will be ready.
